Cosmetology Services Cosmetology and esthetician services are available to the public through the Cosmetology Department. The hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Evening appointments can be made for Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Call 801-826-6660 for an appointment.
